Is generation a video or a simulated animation?
No. The builder uses persisted jobs and server events. A section appears after it is saved. Failures and quota limits are shown without simulated completion.
Does AI publish or change products on its own?
No. Drafts are private and reviewed before signup or saving. Growth actions require a preview and explicit approval before text changes.
Is the trial free forever?
The trial lasts 7 days after activation. Continuing requires a paid plan; displayed prices and limits come from the current catalogue.
Are all payment and delivery methods active?
Choose supported methods in your store settings. Transfers and payment on delivery depend on your configuration; gateways and couriers need valid provider setup and activation.
Does Ahmed Growth send WhatsApp messages automatically?
No. Campaigns in this pilot are drafts only. We do not send external messages or invent marketing consent or untracked cart data.
Can I export my data, and how do I cancel?
Selected reports are available as CSV or PDF in the dashboard. This is not a one-click full-site export. Review subscription, cancellation and renewal terms in your account and contact administration when needed.
What are the AI and support limitations?
AI output needs review and may be inaccurate. Generation requires service configuration and available quota. Email support is available without an unverified response-time promise.
