Ahmed Web Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-03-ahmed-web-1
1. Acceptance
By using Ahmed Web or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you register for a business, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Platform role
Ahmed Web provides technology for creating and operating online stores. Unless expressly stated, we are not the seller, buyer, agent, distributor, courier, payment provider, or a party to the contract between a merchant and customer. No partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship is created.
3. Independent merchant responsibility
Each merchant acts independently for itself or its business and is solely responsible for identity, licences, products, content, pricing, stock, invoices, taxes, payments, delivery, warranties, returns, complaints, and customer service, including compliance with applicable law.
4. Products and orders
The product contract is between merchant and customer. The merchant is responsible for product safety, description, origin, availability, quality, images, advertised price, order fulfilment, and refunds. We do not guarantee any product, order, delivery time, or user conduct.
5. External services
Connecting payments, email, domains, or couriers does not make Ahmed Web the provider. Third-party terms, fees, verification, and approvals apply. Merchants remain responsible for credentials, account security, settlements, and disputes.
6. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for fraud, misleading conduct, unlawful or unapproved products, rights or privacy violations, malware, security or payment circumvention, or misuse of customer data. We may suspend content or accounts for violations, security risks, or lawful requests.
7. Content and ownership
Users retain ownership of their brands and content and grant Ahmed Web a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display it to provide, improve, and protect the service. Users warrant they hold the required rights.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party providers may affect availability. Features, prices, and these terms may change with suitable notice for material changes.
9. Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, reputation, or data arising from merchant-customer dealings, products, payment, delivery, or third parties. Aggregate direct liability, if established, is capped at fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the merchant will indemnify Ahmed Web for claims and costs arising from its products, content, orders, breach of law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
Users may stop the service under their plan. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, breach, security risk, or lawful request, with a reasonable export opportunity where feasible and permitted.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and disputes are subject to Bahrain courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction.
13. Electronic record and signature
The user expressly agrees to electronic records. Registration preserves a fixed snapshot and version of the accepted text, timestamp, verified email, audit information, and cryptographic hashes of the document and drawn signature. Submitting the signature records intent to accept, and a copy is sent to the user and platform operator. A drawn signature without a digital certificate is not represented as a certified signature; evidential weight depends on applicable law and the technical integrity of the record.
