Official merchant policy
Store policy
Available pickup methods, delivery areas, and fees appear during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may depend on the address, courier, and working hours; the merchant confirms the final timing with the customer.

Merchant and platform roles
The merchant is the independent seller responsible for products, prices, orders, payments, delivery, returns, customer service, and legal compliance. Ahmed Web provides the storefront technology and does not sell the product or decide return requests or delivery outcomes.
